Claim for consultation expenses at clinics or outpatient clinics inside hospitals.
Apply pre-authorisation for cashless service If you choose your own specialist outside Bupa's network for hospital treatment, day case or clinical operations.
Report the loss and request for re-issuance of Bupa membership card or medical card (If eMedical card is available for your scheme, simply register myBupa to use it).
